The Capitol is open for self-guided tours Monday-Saturday year-round from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Self-guided tour booklets are available at the information desk on the first floor of the Capitol.

Make special group tour reservations by calling (406) 444-4789.
Fee: School tours free, $50 per adult group (max. 25 people).

Summer Guided Tour Times:
May 1 though August 15
Monday through Saturday – tours begin on the hour at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, noon, 1:00 and 2:00
Sundays – tours begin on the hour at noon, 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00
No tours are offered on State Holidays.
