HELENA’S SESQUICENTENNIAL MURAL at PERFORMANCE SQUARE

Helena, Montana was named on October 30, 1864. To celebrate our sesquicentennial anniversary, artists Dennis McCahon and Janet Welsh have been working to accurately represent some of Helena’s beautiful historic architecture and iconic images in a mural at Performance Square. Our community loves to support public art, right? Now is your chance to be part of our heritage and history. We must raise funds to complete the painting and to maintain this beautiful addition to our downtownelena, Montana is turning 150 years old this summer.  There are lots of fun things happening in the City to celebrate the day that gold was struck on Last Chance Gulch.

$8000 is needed to complete the project.  Please donate by following this link: https://www.crowdrise.com/helenas150mural/
