Garlic Potato Vichyssoise with focaccia
Lamb kabobs with mushrooms and red onion. Mint chutney, Rice and lentil pilaf, roasted winter vegetables.
Beef Stroganoff from Montana grass Scottish short horns. Braised with onions and mushrooms; served over country noodles.
Pork tenderloin, cumin rubbed and served with rhubarb chutney, smashed Montana roots and winter vegetables.
Chicken Wellington; Hutterite chicken breast wrapped with prosciutto, stuffed with apples and sage, wrapped with hand made butter puff pastry and baked. Served in apple brandy reduction with winter vegetables
Dessert and coffee:
Carrot cake with cream cheese icing
Wilcoxon’s Ice cream Sundae with Cold Smoke caramel sauce

There is no room fee for groups of 15 or more. For groups under 15 the charge is $50. Benny's rents their facility in 3 hour increments. Groups of 12 or more would be ideal and 25 is the maximum for the Gallery. Benny's needs two working days notice, but a week is preferable.
