ExplorationWorks! is a hands-on interactive science center with experiences for the whole family. Two floors of exhibits offer fun and educational activities. Exhibits change seasonally so the experience is different each time you visit. Partnerships with NASA and MIT bring world-class exhibits to ExplorationWorks!
We offer an extensive line-up of award winning classes, camps and programs for students and pre-schoolers. Watch for frequent evening adult programming covering important science topics of our times.
ExploreStore science-themed gift store is stocked with a great selection of science kits, educational games and other intriguing items. PerkWorks gourmet coffee shop offers a full-line of delicious coffee, tea and fruit smoothies. Our coffee is blended and roasted here in Montana offering you a noticeable improvement over chain store coffee.
Our award-winning facility is famous for its sustainable construction methods and materials. The building is LEED certified as one of the nation’s most efficient designs. Interpretive signage throughout the facility provides a self-guided tour highlighting many of the key components of a sustainable design.
